It seems the citizens of Duluth,MN will be expected to pay another fee. Duluth Mayor Donny Ness and the Duluth City Council have added more and more fee's then ever before. This seems to be our current mayor's legacy.
Fee's we have seen over the past few years, under Ness's leadership. Mayor Ness and the council like to call these fee's and not taxes. Because well technically they are not increasing your homer owner taxes. That said you can call it what you want a fee is a tax and a tax is a fee you must pay.
The new fee should it pass will cost home owners another $96 dollars a year, and it will cost small business more and larger business even more. Unless of course you are a non-profit then you don't have to pay anything.
